DELIVERY

Deliveries are able to be made both nationally and internationally.

There is a flat postage fee for national parcels of $15.00 per parcel, with the exception of glass products and large parcels where you will be notified after order is placed as to what the postage charge will be. International parcels will be notified of postage, as postage will be charged at cost.

All parcels will be sent via registered mail or courier. A street address is required as all parcels must be signed for on receipt.

We aim to meet all specific delivery requests with doing so further costs may be involved.

International deliveries will be notified via email of delivery charge once order is completed, as rates vary depending on size of order.

Larger orders may incur a higher delivery charge. You will be notified via email if this occurs after checkout has been completed.

Postage and handling fees are NOT refundable under any circumstances.

KNK Wedding Supplies holds no responsibility for damaged parcels once package has been signed for, please ensure all items are checked before signing.

Postage is subject to change without notification at the discretion of KNK Wedding Supplies.

Once parcel is dispatched KNK Wedding Supplies hold no responsibility for delayed deliveries due to postage or courier delays.

DELIVERY TIMES

We will endeavor to have all items sent with in 48 hours of payment being processed.

If you are in urgent need of items please contact via email sales@knkweddingsupplies.com.au and we will assist in the best way possible (this may incur extra charges for postage).

If for any reason we are unable to get the stock you require you will be notified via email and will be given an alternate resolution i.e.: waiting, credit, refund on item.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of KNK Wedding Supplies.

Goods incorrectly ordered by customer will incur a 10% surcharge along with postage and difference in item price (if applicable) fees. To save on extra charges you are able to purchase sample packs on some items.

Once order has been received there will be no responsibility taken by KNK Wedding Supplies.

All returns must be in as new and resell able condition, and be returned within seven days of receipt.

Authorization must be obtained by sales@knkweddingsupplies.com.au before the return of goods.
